So sorry it has been  an eternity so long since I have had a new post! Did you miss me?! I have been very occupied with wonderful vacations and working at my brand new job!

However, I’m here with something new to share! *throws confetti* *dances*

ELF mineral primer

I have been using VS Airbrush FX Perfecting Primer (with SPF 20) for about a year or so and I love it! Its $18 at Victoria’s Secret and even though that is a very fair and reasonable price, this primer is only $6 and almost feels like the exact same thing! I am no stranger to the E.L.F products, they are a fantastic brand with quality products that anyone can afford even if you are a broke collage student  a homeless person on a shoe string budget! Most of their brushes are only $1 and most eye shadows will only set you back $3 or less. Great for when you want to try something new, but don’t want to sink $20 at Sephora when you don’t even know if you will like the outcome. So during one of my weekly trips to Target, I wandered into the alluring lair of the makeup isle (even though I only went there to pick up spaghetti sauce, I can’t resist)! I had been hearing about how amazing this primer was, and even though I was feeling just a little skeptical,(I mean $6? Really?) I decided I would give it a shot.  My hand to God, this stuff is better than most primers I have ever used, (Victoria’s Secret, calm down, I still love you). Seriously, all you need is a very, VERY tiny amount for complete coverage. It is a non-greasy, silky, gel-like consistency. I love how it makes my mineral foundation glide on with ease and it makes your makeup look fresh all day. I mean it when I say all day, not just until lunch, not just before cocktails, I mean 24 hours, all day. I have read some reviews saying that if you have skin that is more on the oily side, you may want to skip it. I personally have dry to normal skin, and have had zero problems. If I were you, I would try it anyway, everyone’s skin is complex and different and you never know until you try!  The only real con is that there is no SPF, so remember to wear some moisturizer with added sun protection under your makeup to protect your delicate skin! With that being said, run to Target, or click http://www.eyeslipsface.com/ and get yourself some of this stuff of legends magical primer!

Cheers!
